Fall 2024

The Frederick Blaze is a cross county and running program for ages 7-14.  We will have a competitive running team based on age groups, and a program for athletes who want to work on endurance and running technique for other athletic activities.

Meet the coaches and learn about the program!

All races will on Sundays in Howard/Frederick/Carroll Counties.

Athletes will race 2K, 3K, or 4K, depending on age.

Practices will be Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30, beginning Tuesday, September 3rd through Sunday, December 7th.  Time will change as the sun goes down earlier.
