Fall 2025

The Frederick Blaze is a cross country and running program for ages 7-14.  We will have a competitive running team based on age groups, and a program for athletes who want to work on endurance and running technique for other athletic activities.

We will have a parent info night at the end of August.

All races will be held on Sundays( 11:00-12:00 start time) in Howard/Frederick/Carroll Counties.

Athletes will race 2K, 3K, or 4K, depending on age. Age groups are determined by the year your athlete was born.

Practices will be held at Libertytown Park(12201 Liberty Rd, Union Bridge, MD 21791) Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm, beginning Tuesday, August 26th through Thursday, December 4th.  Time will change as the sun goes down earlier.  

Registration fee of $150.00 includes a uniform top.
