Fall 2026

The Frederick Blaze is a cross country running program for ages 7-14 focused on both introducing new athletes to the sport and challenging runners to be their best.  We will have a competitive running team based on age groups, and a program for athletes who want to work on endurance and running technique for other athletic activities or general fitness.

There will be a parent info night held at the end of August.

All races will be held on Sundays (11:00-12:00 start time) in Howard/Frederick/Carroll Counties. With athletes racing 2K, 3K, or 4K, depending on age. Age groups are determined by birth year.

Practices will be held at Libertytown Park (12201 Liberty Rd, Union Bridge, MD 21791) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, beginning Tuesday, August 25th through late November.

Registration fee of $150.00 includes a uniform top.
