This summer of 2026, LOUYAA will host a SPEED & AGILITY clinic during the weekday evenings at Linganore High School Stadium Field with LHS Head Football Coach Rick Connor. There will be 10 sessions from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

June 23rd, 25th, 30th,
July 2nd, 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd on stadium turf field

Mission Statement

The LOUYAA Speed Clinic has been designed to promote correct running technique, improve agility movement, and develop a satisfactory level of conditioning for the fall. This goal is rather demanding physically, nevertheless; it is our feeling that by learning basic fundamentals of speed and movement, young athletes can reach their true full potential in their respective sports.
