Alliance Junior Academy Soccer Program- Mini & Pre-K (Ages 3–5)
Detailed Info / Dates / Fees Found HERE The Alliance Junior Academy Soccer Program is the first step in our player development pathway and is designed for children ages 3–5 who are being introduced to the game of soccer for the first time. At Alliance Soccer Club, we believe early experiences should be fun, positive, and engaging, helping young players build confidence and excitement while developing a love for the game.
Sessions focus on fun, movement, and imagination through playful, age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Players develop coordination, motor skills, and early ball familiarity in a supportive, pressure-free environment where effort and participation are celebrated.
Through guided play, children begin learning simple concepts such as listening, taking turns, sharing the ball, and playing together. Coaches emphasize encouragement, patience, and positive reinforcement, allowing players to learn at their own pace without fear of mistakes.
All activities are developmentally appropriate and aligned with U.S. Soccer best practices. At this age, success is not measured by scores or outcomes, but by smiles, confidence, and a growing love for soccer.
Play. Learn. Grow. Love the Game.

Recreational Soccer Program (1st–12th Grade)
Detailed Info / Dates / Fees Found HERE The Alliance Recreational Soccer Program is designed for players in 1st through 12th grade and welcomes both beginner and experienced players. The program allows athletes to experience the excitement of competition while continuing to develop in a positive, supportive, and player-focused environment.
Practices are typically held twice per week at local schools and park facilities.
Soccer is a team sport, and players are expected to attend and actively participate in practices, as this is where learning, growth, and team development take place. Games then provide players with the opportunity to apply what they have learned during training sessions.
Teams compete within the Recreational Youth Soccer Developmental League (RYSDL) or the United Recreational Soccer League (URSL).
Teams are formed based on school-year age groupings and organized into boys’ and girls’ divisions within two-year grade brackets.
Home Game Locations Include:
- Oakdale Middle School
- Deer Crossing Elementary School
- LOUYAA Park
- Windsor Knolls Middle School
- Old National Pike Park
Away games vary throughout Frederick County depending on host field locations. Games are primarily scheduled on Saturdays, with occasional Sunday matches. High school divisions may also participate in Friday night matches under the lights on turf fields.
Through weekly practices and games, players continue building technical skills, improving physical fitness, and developing confidence within a team environment. Alliance SC coaches emphasize effort, teamwork, sportsmanship, and long-term player development while maintaining a fun and competitive atmosphere for all players.
