TRACK PROGRAM

PARENT MEETING:  Wednesday, March 4th at 7:30pm
Oakdale High School Cafeteria

Ages 7-14 (2nd-8th Graders)
March 10 - June 9

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm
Practices will be held at Oakdale High School Track

Track Meets will be on Sundays 11:00am-5:00pm

Sprint and Distance events will be the set workout groups.
100, 200, and 400 meter Sprints
800, 1500, and 3000 meter Distances
