Offered at One Life Fitness South Frederick Location (off of Rt. 85 next to Common Market)1 session per week for 3 months Plus MAKE-UP/BONUS SATURDAYS at 11:00 am
*payment can be made in 3 monthly installments.
First timers fitness is an optimal environment for those would benefit from the physical and mental strength the gym environment can build. Fitness is a great tool to teach valuable life-long lessons in grit and positive self talk. "I CAN do this" or "I couldn't do that when we started, but this week I could!" Are common attitudes we see molded in our program.
Session Breakdowns:
- Movement Prep (our warm ups) focus on increasing cardiovascular capacity, movement quality and flexibility
- Progress through skills of Jumping, Hopping, Bounding, Cutting by building rhythm and coordination then increasing complexity as your child progresses
- Full body strength training - learn, adapt and master the fundamentals of strength training for a lifelong understanding of proper technique and progressions
- Cardiovascular fitness - a progressive program for beginners that will educate and challenge your to child different ways and methods to achieve great levels of fitness.
