First timers fitness is an optimal environment for those would benefit from the physical and mental strength the gym environment can build.  Fitness is a great tool to teach valuable life-long lessons in grit and positive self talk.  "I CAN do this" or "I couldn't do that when we started, but this week I could!" Are common attitudes we see molded in our program.

Session Breakdowns:

• Movement Prep (our warm ups) focus on increasing cardiovascular capacity, movement quality and flexibility
• Progress through skills of Jumping, Hopping, Bounding, Cutting by building rhythm and coordination then increasing complexity as your child progresses
• Full body strength training - learn, adapt and master the fundamentals of strength training for a lifelong understanding of proper technique and progressions
• Cardiovascular fitness - a progressive program for beginners that will educate and challenge your to child different ways and methods to achieve great levels of fitness.
